Hey, I'm Lara and I practice Vipassana Insight Meditation. I use it in daily life to deal with, well life. Since starting Vipassana Insight Meditation, I found that it wasn't so much that life was terrible, but that my reaction to Life would make it so. Life's ups and downs are in reality the best lesson we can learn. Nothing is certain, everything changes. Using this Mindfulness Practice I changed my life.
